“BLACKOUT” SUPER BOWL SPOT (Cannes Lions shortlist)

A simple idea. What would you do if your TV went out for the Super Bowl? You of course could stream it inside the All-New Chevy Colorado with 4G WIFI. With a $25,000 budget and some b-roll and a lot of black, we created a world wide buzz right before the kick-off for Super Bowl 49. By virtually turning off TVs across the world we proved our point. People freaked out, and remembered not only the brand, the truck and the attribute. The media attention that followed gave the brand a huge push online as well. We were truly grateful the clients shared our vision and were prepared to take a huge gamble with this one.
