 When the All-New Chevy Sonic was launched, it was a fun little car that appealed to a younger market. Under the idea “Le’t do This” we developed a website to encourage people to get out there are do something. The Game of Firsts came out of this thinking. A series of stunts were created where upon completion people would gain points and one lucky person would accumulate enough points to win an actual Chevy Sonic. This campaign was supported by TV, Print and on the digital side, OLA, direct email and a modular website. The budget was very thin on this so we needed to get scrappy. On a cold February day in Detroit, I shot the stunt badges on my phone using ourselves as models in whatever locations we could find. It all came together and “we did This”.
